Product Overview

DTC 3PE anti-corrosion seamless steel pipe is composed of seamless carbon steel base pipe and three-layer polyethylene composite anti-corrosion coating. The three-layer structure includes epoxy powder primer, adhesive layer and polyethylene outer protective layer, which perfectly isolates steel pipe from soil, water and corrosive medium. Based on seamless steel pipe, it has high pressure bearing capacity, and the 3PE coating greatly extends the service life of buried pipelines, becoming the mainstream anti-corrosion pipe for long-distance oil, gas and water transmission projects.

The base seamless pipe undergoes hydrostatic test and flaw detection, and the 3PE coating undergoes thickness detection, adhesion test and impact resistance test before delivery. Complete MTR material test reports and anti-corrosion coating inspection certificates can be provided for project bidding and acceptance.
